Response Timing and Format

  • Upon receiving your verifiable User request, we aim to respond within forty-five (45) days.
  • If we require more time (up to ninety (90) days) to address your request, we will notify you in writing, providing the reason and extension period.
  • Your response can be delivered either by mail or electronically, depending on your preference.
  • Any information disclosures will cover only the twelve (12) months preceding your verifiable request.
  • If we are unable to comply with your request, the response will include an explanation.
  • For data portability requests, we will select a format that allows you to easily use and transfer your personal information to another entity.
  • We do not charge a fee for processing or responding to your verifiable User request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded.
  • If a fee is applicable, we will provide you with a cost estimate and rationale before fulfilling your request.

Wireless and SMS Policy

  • We may utilize personal information to deliver the services you requested, including services that offer customized content and advertising.
  • In addition to any fee you are informed about, your provider’s standard messaging rates will apply to our confirmation and all subsequent SMS correspondences.
  • You have the option to opt out and delete your SMS information by sending “STOP,” “END,” or “QUIT” in response to the SMS text message you received.
  • If you remove your SMS information from our database, it will no longer be used for secondary purposes by us or third parties to send promotional correspondence to you.

Non-Discrimination

  • We uphold your CCPA rights and will not discriminate against you in any manner for exercising them.
  • Your access to goods and services will not be denied based on your choices.
  • We will not apply differential pricing, rates, or penalties for goods or services.
  • Your exercise of CCPA rights will not result in a different level or quality of goods or services.
  • We will not suggest any price, rate, level, or quality changes based on your CCPA rights exercise.
  • We retain the right to amend this Privacy Notice at any time, at our discretion. If changes are made, we will notify you via email or through a notice on the Site’s homepage.
